Well here it goes, my first blog entry. Not so hard as I thought it would be. It’s actually quite liberating to begin my blogging journey.
As a mom of twin identical girls (now 3 years of age), I will be able to share some insights into the lives of having identicial twins and the frustations that come with having multiples. Nonetheless, I find the twin bond a remarkable one.
If anyone has had the opportunity to see the episode of “Twin Intervention” on TLC a few weeks ago, the show provided what the future may hold and the separation anxiety between identical twins. Although they featured older identical twins and how difficult separation is for the twins. For those of you with younger twins, its a provides a glimpse of what the future may be like for your twins. Will they be ok separated??
Although I was fascinated by the show, I wondered if fraternal twins, would have the same separation anxiety as they get older. I feel the bond is deep within identical and faternal twins. So that is my question, to those of you who read this blog. What is the bond of your fraternal twins? Do you feel that they will be able separate themselves as they age, or will it be a difficult to be without one another?
